1. Booking & Appointments
Booking Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of Rs. 2,000 is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to reschedule as the appointment will be automatically canceled, and the Rs. 2,000 deposit will be forfeited.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a fine.
Rescheduling & Cancellations:
To reschedule or make changes to your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your Rs. 2,000 deposit.
2. Nail Press-Ons Purchases (Online Store)
Product Description: We provide detailed descriptions and images of our nail press-ons to ensure you have all the necessary information before purchasing. Please note that colors may slightly vary due to screen settings.
Sizing
Ensuring a perfect fit is key! Please provide accurate nail sizes when placing a custom press-on order.
How to Measure: For the best results, send us a photograph of your nails next to a standard bottle cap.

Important: Custom nails are made to your specifications. Incorrect sizing due to customer error will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Custom Orders
Unleash your creativity with our custom designs!
Custom Orders: Custom designs are available. Please allow 7-10 business days for creation and shipping of custom orders. Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all nail press-ons.
Shipping: We offer domestic and international shipping.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once shipped, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping provider.
Processing Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for us to create and ship your custom order.
International Orders: Creation and shipping may also take 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
Please Note: Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Payment
We require full payment at the time of purchase for all nail press-ons. This ensures smooth processing and timely delivery of your beautiful nails.
Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on nail press-ons unless the product is defective.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within. 5 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
Refunds: Refunds are only applicable for defective products. No refunds are issued for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Service Guarantee
We strive for perfection, but if you're unsatisfied with your nail service, please notify us within 2 days for a complimentary touch-up. After this period, regular charges will apply.
4. Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions before your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if you have any nail or skin conditions that could be aggravated by our products or treatments.
5. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items during your appointment.
6. Payment
Full payment is required at the end of your appointment. We accept Online payment method, with multiple payment methods for your ease.
Prices are subject to change without notice. You will be notified of any changes before your appointment.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will only be used for booking and customer service purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
8. Photography
We may take photos of your nails before and after the service or of custom press-on orders for promotional purposes.
Please let us know if you do not wish to have your photos used.
9. Refund Policy
For services: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. Please refer to our service guarantee above if you encounter any issues with your nails.
For products: Refunds are only applicable for defective nail press-ons. No refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind.
10. Liability
Nails by Maheen Sahibzada is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damage caused by misuse of products after the service has been rendered or products have been delivered.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Please review them periodically.
